End-User License Agreement

Software: The flowchart application located at LucidChart.com, with all its related software and services.

User: You.

The Software is provided as a free service in a limited form. The User will not attempt to gain access to paid features of the Software by circumventing the reasonable protective measures in place.

Any images provided to the User through the Software remain the property of LucidChart, and cannot be resold or used for any other purpose than the use of the Software. Example: If you put our image of a RAID device onto a coffee mug and sell it, we will club a baby seal be very upset and possibly bring legal action.

The User must not use the Software to do anything illegal, pornographic, or otherwise evil.

The Software is provided with no warrantee, expressed or implied, that it will work as expected at any given time. LucidChart and its owners will not be held responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from any use, misuse, function, or malfunction of the Software.

LucidChart reserves the right to terminate any account or agreement with the User without notice for any reason. However, we probably won't (we definitely never have yet).
