Use this forum to report problems with LucidChart. Be sure to include the following in your posts:

  • What browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, FireFox)
  • What operating system you are using (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OS X)
  • Steps to follow to recreate the problem
  • If applicable, a link to the document with the problem

Be sure to use a descriptive subject line—use "Can't open my document" rather than "Heeelllppppp!!!!".
