| I was getting frustrated with a moderate sized chart in IE8, noticed aq comment about IE performance buried in one of your threads and so tried Safari and Firefox. What a difference! I could understand not wanting to telegraph too overtly that the app runs much faster on anything other than IE (given the still huge IE user base). How about a pop-up if the app is running slowly, or even just over a given size or complexity of chart, that suggests trying Firefox, Safari etc. for faster performance? It really was slow enough on IE that it almost made me abandon the app. | |

| Chrome works great for me, faster than IE, a bit faster than FF. Haven't done huge work yet. | |

| Personally, I'd recommend anything BUT IE for Javascript-intensive apps, such as this. I'm using Chrome but Firefox is pretty-much the same for me. Also, Firefox will stay alive these days when Flash crashes. LucidChart doesn't use Flash. Hurrah for that. | |
