Checkpoint Option

| I have noticed that when working with a large chart that has many tabs that even if I delete a tab the file size does not change. I expected the file size to decrease because a tab with a bunch of material on it has been deleted though it (file size) does not change. I am guessing this is because of the (useful) undo feature that allows you to bring back all your previous changes. A good possible feature would be to have a checkpoint feature that will allow you to purge all of your previous edits so that the file size can be smaller. Once you do this you would no longer be able to undo previous edits. | |

| While there is no option to do that directly, you can get the same effect by just selecting everything on a page in the old document, copying it, and then pasting it onto a blank page in a new document. However, if your document has a lot of pages, that's not a fantastic solution right now :-) | |

| Are you able to copy and paste shapes between documents, I didn't think that was possible. Another option is also to allow users to configure how many steps you are able to undo. This would ultimately limit the size of documents. | |
