1. Organizational charts

Offer letters provide a job title but don’t necessarily explain how a specific employee’s role fits in with the rest of the company. An organization chart is a simple way to introduce team members and the structure of the company at the same time.

Personalize your org chart in a way that makes most sense for your company. If you’re part of a larger company, you can split your chart onto different tabs, by team or otherwise. If you want to give this piece of information a more personal touch, add images of each team member. 2. Office maps

Free up time for your employees to think about their new responsibilities rather than where to find the restroom or the conference room where they’ll attend their first meeting. After you give the employee an official tour, give him or her a map of the office for quick reference.
