- To upgrade an existing personal account to Team, visit the Subscription Level page.

Install the connector
- Log into your Confluence instance as an Admin.
- Click the gear icon, select “Add-ons,” and choose “Find new add-ons” at the top of the page.
- Search for “Lucidchart” and click “Install.” Follow the instructions to complete installation, and then close the dialogue box.

Configure the connector
- Select the “Get Started” button to finish configuration after installing Lucidchart.
- On the setup page, you will see a prompt to enter your user credentials or your Team’s account if you are already logged into Lucidchart. Note that you must be an Admin or Team admin on your Lucidchart account to link it with Confluence.
- Once logged in, just select "Link Account" to connect your Confluence instance to your Lucidchart team account. The blue button will turn green once it is linked.

How to Use the Lucidchart connector for Confluence Server
To attach a diagram to a page
- Navigate to any Confluence page and select "+" or type the shortcut “{“ to open a drop-down menu where you can select “Lucidchart.”
- In the pop-up window, insert an existing diagram, create a new one, or import a Visio, Gliffy, draw.io, or OmniGraffle document directly.
- For new diagrams, click the orange “+Document” button. The arrow will open a template picker for different types of diagrams. Creating a new document will open our editor in a new tab. This short tutorial explains the basic components of creating your diagram.
- After creating your document, you can then insert it into the Confluence page. A new panel will appear on the Confluence page that contains all diagrams attached to it.

Managing Users
This new feature lets you manage your team from Confluence. Make sure your API Key and Secret are still entered in the fields, then click the 'User Management' tab on the Configuration page. You’ll find three different sections:
Lucidchart team management
This table lists users currently on your Lucidchart team and shows whether they have connected their Lucidchart account to Confluence. Users that appear here have access to all the features and functionality of Lucidchart. You can manage additional team settings from the Team page at lucidchart.com or from the second table on the User Management page.
