Lucid Software and Executives Honored with Utah Venture Entrepreneur Forum Awards

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (February 2, 2016) — Lucid Software, the company behind visualization apps Lucidchart and Lucidpress, was recognized by the Utah Venture Entrepreneur Forum (UVEF) with its EPIC Ventures Hot 100 Award. The award recognizes the 100 most buzzed about companies in Utah under five years old. Lucid Software is ranked in the top 10 companies on the Hot 100 list.

Three of Lucid Software’s executives were also honored with the forum’s Peak 100 Award, which identifies entrepreneurs with Utah ties who are most likely to favorably impact the community. Lucid Software CEO Karl Sun, CRO David Grow and CTO Ben Dilts were all named to the list, with Sun being recognized in the top 10 of all entrepreneurs in the state of Utah. Members of the Peak 100 become part of an ongoing community that fosters collaboration in building and growing companies.

The lists were compiled from both public and internal UVEF voting. Utah Venture Entrepreneur Forum is a non-profit organization that has been serving Utah entrepreneurs for 25 years. It identifies and recognizes entrepreneurs and connects them with capital and mentors.
